Vintage Miriam HASKELL Signed Faux Pearl and Gold Tone Stick Pin

This gorgeous Miriam Haskell signed stick pen alternately reminds me of a sea shell and a bee hive--depending on the angle from which I look a the head of the pin. It's certainly an interesting piece (as are all of Haskell's pieces of jewelry).

The head of the pin features several gold tone leaves, flowers and bead caps--as is customary. There is also a twisted gold tone bead that reminds me of a NERF football. Do you remember those? Also true to form, there are a couple of faux pearls in the head of the pin and dangling from the clutch (bottom). All of the findings in the head of the pin are attached to a gold filigree disk, and the back is signed MIRIAM HASKELL.

The clutch bottom appears to be in working condition. In the interest of full disclosure, it does appear the Miriam generally included three dangles to the bottom of her stick pins, and this one only has two. This would be the only real issue that I note with the pin. There is some wear and tear on the shaft of the pin, and there is some evidence of minor corrosion between elements on the pin head. This piece is in excellent VINTAGE condition a.k.a. previously owned, worn, loved, handled, used, etc.

The pin is nearly 3" long and about 1" wide at its widest point.

Please see all photos and convo me with any questions.
